Re: Lawsuit Filed Against AdzZoo by Local Ad Link
 
AdzZoo, LLC has just learned that Local Ad Link, Inc. and its founder, Robert McNulty, filed a lawsuit against AdzZoo and several of its executives and independent contractors on July 29, 2009. AdzZoo has retained experienced litigation counsel from a large national law firm to defend the completely false allegations in the lawsuit. AdzZoo intends vigorously to defend itself and protect the interests of its employees and independent contractors from what appears to be a strike lawsuit intended to disrupt AdzZoo's explosive growth. AdzZoo will not tolerate unfair competition from anyone and intends aggressively to pursue all its legal rights against Local Ad Link.  
 
It is unfortunate that Local Ad Link has decided that it would rather litigate against AdzZoo in court instead of competing against AdzZoo in the marketplace. We believe the market has discovered that AdzZoo's services are simply superior to the services offered by Local Ad Link. Customers are flocking to AdzZoo in droves, and our business is experiencing rapid, exponential growth. We will not allow the meritless claims in Local Ad Link's lawsuit against AdzZoo to interfere with AdzZoo's momentum. AdzZoo will continue to do business in the most honorable way, with the utmost integrity, while the company's lawyers address the baseless claims made by Local Ad Link and its founder.
